1. Introduction

Welcome to Zenux Sparkle Cleaning Services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


2. Services

- Booking: Services can be booked through our website, phone, or email. Confirmation will be sent once the booking is accepted.
- Payment: Full payment is required upon booking of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, depending on your most convenient method, apart from cash payment.
- Pricing: Prices for our services are listed on our website and may vary based on the scope of work and location.


3. Booking and Payment

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least two (2) hours before the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee of 5%.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule your service without penalty if done at least two (2) hours before the service time.

5. Customer Obligations

- Access: Customers must provide access to the property at the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 5%.
- Preparation: Customers should ensure that areas to be cleaned are free of sensitive and personal items.
- Pets: Pets should be secured during the cleaning service to ensure the safety of both the pets and our staff.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

- We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us via support@zenuxsparkle.com within 24 hours after service, and we will address your concerns promptly.


7. Liability

- Damages: We will take reasonable care while providing our services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or items of significant value that are not disclosed beforehand.
- Injury: We are not responsible for any injuries sustained by customers or third parties during our service provision.


8. Privacy

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
