Terms and Conditions for Cleaning Staff

Zenux Sparkle Cleaning Services


1. Employment Terms

- Staff members are employed on a full-time/part-time/contract basis.
- Employment is subject to satisfactory performance and adherence to company policies.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

- Perform cleaning tasks as outlined in job descriptions and assignments.

- Follow company protocols for safety and cleanliness.

- Report any issues or damages immediately to your supervisor or info@zenuxsparkle.com

3. Code of Conduct

- Maintain professionalism and courteous behavior at all times.
- Respect clients' property and privacy.
- Avoid conflicts of interest and maintain confidentiality of client information.

4. Compensation and Benefits

-Staff will be paid as per the agreed rate in their employment contract.
- Additional benefits, if any, will be provided as outlined in the employment agreement.

5. Training and Development

- Staff are required to undergo initial training and periodic retraining sessions.
- Attendance at training sessions is mandatory.

6. Disciplinary Actions

- Violation of company policies or failure to perform duties may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment.

7. Termination of Employment

- Employment may be terminated by either party with two weeks' notice.
- Immediate termination may occur in cases of gross misconduct or severe violations of company policies.

8. Amendments

Zenux Sparkle Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Staff will be notified of any changes.
