We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

- Requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours purchase. - To be eligible for a refund, the service must be unused or only partially used, and there must be a legitimate reason for dissatisfaction.

3. Refund Process

- To request a refund, contact us at support@zenuxsparkle.com with your service details and reason for the refund. - We will investigate your request and notify you of the status within three (3) business days.

4. Approved Refunds

- If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. - You will receive the credit within seven (7) working days after successful investigation, depending on your bank policies.

5. Non-Refundable Items

- Services that have been fully completed and satisfied. - Any services outside the refund request window.
